AI automation & agentic workers

Keep your process.
Lose the manual work.

Digital Peak is an AI automation partner for established businesses. We map how your work actually gets done, build AI workers and automations into the systems you already use, and run them with you, with a human approving anything that matters.

Illustrative process

Where the hours go

If someone does it the same way fifty times a week, it's a candidate.

Most businesses don't need more software. They need the work between their software done.

  • Retyping details from emails, PDFs, and forms into your systems.
  • Copying the same records between the CRM, billing, and a spreadsheet.
  • Chasing approvals, documents, and overdue tasks by hand.
  • Answering the same customer questions all day.
  • Building the weekly report from five different tabs.
  • Follow-ups that happen only if someone remembers.

What we automate

Four places manual work piles up.

Back-Office & Document Operations

Data arrives as emails, PDFs, and forms. Someone retypes it.

  • Intake processing
  • Order and invoice entry
  • Reconciliation

Workers: Data & Records Agent, Ops Agent, Custom Agent

Customer Service Operations

Every inquiry answered by whoever's free, or by nobody after five.

  • Ticket and inbox triage
  • Answers from your policies
  • Phone answering

Workers: Support Agent, Front Desk Agent, Ops Agent

Sales & Revenue Operations

Leads go cold because follow-up depends on someone remembering.

Internal Operations & Reporting

The owner has become the integration layer between every system and every team.

How engagements work

Start with one process. Prove it on live work. Then expand.

PHASE 01

Automation Assessment

45-minute working session

We map one to three of your manual processes and show you what can be automated, roughly what it's worth, and where to start.

PHASE 02

Blueprint

1–2 weeks

We shadow the process, map every step and exception, design the workers and human checkpoints, and hand you a fixed build quote with the success metrics we'll hold ourselves to.

PHASE 03

Build & Pilot

2–3 weeks for a single-system process; 4–8 weeks for multi-system work

We build on our platform, wire it into your systems, and run a supervised pilot on live work in Draft and Approve modes until it hits the agreed metrics.

PHASE 04

Run & Optimize

Ongoing

We monitor, tune, and handle exceptions, expand autonomy where the numbers support it, and add the next process when you're ready. Or we hand it off to your team.

The full process, start to finish

Control

Autopilot when you want it.
A leash when you don't.

Every worker we deploy runs in one of three modes, set per task. We start in Draft, earn Approve, and move a task to Autopilot only when the pilot numbers say it's safe. Every action lands in an activity log, and the pause button is always one click away.

Draft

The worker prepares everything — emails, replies, changes — and hands it to you. Nothing moves without your fingerprints. The default for every new build.

Approve

The worker executes after your one-click sign-off. You review a queue in minutes, not hours. Where most pilots run.

Autopilot

The worker runs the task class solo, inside boundaries you wrote — spend limits, topics, tone. Escalations still come to you. Earned, never assumed.

No rip and replace

Built into the systems you already run.

Your CRM, inbox, helpdesk, accounting, spreadsheets, and industry software stay. We connect to them and work inside them. If a step can't be automated reliably, you'll hear it in the assessment, not after the invoice.

Why Trust Us

Built by operators,
not a pitch deck.

Digital Peak comes from the team behind SV, a white-label platform that has run marketing execution for digital agencies since 2004. About 90% of what SV delivers is service work, not software seats. Twenty years of it taught us which parts of a business can be systematized and which always need a human. That judgment is what we bring to your process.

FAQ

Questions owners actually ask

What does Digital Peak actually do?
We automate manual business processes with AI. We map how a process runs today, build AI workers and automations that take over the repetitive steps, connect them to your existing systems, and run them with you after launch. You keep the approvals and the judgment calls; the workers take the grind.
Do we have to replace our current software?
No. We build into what you already run: your CRM, inbox, helpdesk, accounting, spreadsheets, and industry software. If a system can't be reached reliably, we'll tell you in the assessment and design around it.
Our process isn't written down. Is that a problem?
That's normal. Mapping it, exceptions included, is the first part of the job, and the documented process is yours whether or not we build anything.
How long until something is live?
A single-system process usually reaches a supervised pilot 2–3 weeks after the Blueprint; multi-system work takes 4–8 weeks. It goes fully live when the pilot hits the metrics we agreed up front.
What happens when a worker gets something wrong?
You control the blast radius. Every task runs in Draft, Approve, or Autopilot mode, every action is logged, and any worker can be paused instantly. New builds start in Draft and earn autonomy one task class at a time.
Will this replace my team?
It replaces tasks, not judgment. In most processes, the people doing the repetitive work move to the exceptions, customers, and decisions the workers escalate. What you do with the recovered hours is your call.
What does it cost?
The assessment is free. After that you get a fixed quote before anything is built, with no open-ended hourly billing. How engagements are priced.
Who is behind Digital Peak?
The operators behind SV, a white-label platform serving digital agencies since 2004, with roughly 50,000 users and two granted U.S. patents in autonomous optimization and AI content systems. Digital Peak is what twenty years of automating real client work turns into.
