Customer Service Operations

Most customer questions are repeats, and most of the effort goes into finding the order, the policy, and the right person. We automate the routine answers and lookups, answer the phone after hours, and hand your team the cases that need a human, with the context already attached.

Sound familiar?

Every inquiry answered by whoever's free, or by nobody after five.

  • The same ten questions fill the inbox every day.
  • After-hours calls go to voicemail and don't get returned.
  • Customers wait hours for an answer that takes one minute.
  • Escalations arrive with no context, so your team starts from zero.
  • Booking and rescheduling eat the front desk's day.

What we automate

Customer service processes we take off your team's plate

  • Ticket and inbox triageEvery message categorized, prioritized, and routed; routine ones answered.
  • Answers from your policiesReplies drafted from your help docs, policies, and order data, in your voice.
  • Phone answeringCalls answered, routine requests handled, and urgent calls routed to a person.
  • Booking and confirmationsAppointments booked during the call, with confirmation texts sent automatically.
  • Status lookupsOrder and account questions answered from your live systems.
  • Escalations with contextAnything unusual handed to your team with the history, the account, and a suggested next step.

Before and after

Same process. Different owner for each step.

Every step that used to be done by hand gets a new owner: an AI worker, or you, at the checkpoints that matter. Nothing about how your business decides changes; the retyping, chasing, and copying does.

FAQ

Customer service automation, answered

Will customers know they're talking to AI?
We recommend telling them, and in some places the law requires it. The worker introduces itself as an automated assistant and hands off to a person on request.
How does it know our policies?
We load your help docs, policies, and past replies during the build, and it answers only from those. If the answer isn't there, it escalates instead of improvising.
What about upset or sensitive customers?
Those go to your team by rule, with the conversation so far attached. You decide what counts as sensitive.
