Security & data

Your systems, your data, your rules.

Automating a process means giving software access to real systems. Here's exactly how we handle that.

How we connect
We connect with the narrowest access the job needs, using OAuth or scoped API credentials where your systems support them. You can revoke access at any time.
Credentials
Connection credentials are encrypted.
What workers can and can't do
Each worker has written boundaries: which systems it can touch, what it can send, spend limits, and which actions need your approval.
Every action logged
Every action a worker takes lands in an activity log you can review and export.
Pause anytime
Any worker can be paused immediately.
Your data isn't training data
Your business content is used to run your workers, not to train public models.

Control model

You decide how much each worker does alone.

Every task runs in Draft, Approve, or Autopilot mode, set per task class. New builds start in Draft, earn Approve, and reach Autopilot only when the pilot record supports it and you agree.
