What we collect

Contact details you submit through our forms (name, email, company, phone, message), account and billing information when you hire a worker, and the configuration data and connected-tool credentials required to run your AI Workers. Credentials are stored encrypted and can be revoked by you at any time.

How we use it

To respond to inquiries, provision and operate the workers you hire, bill your subscription, and send service communications. Your business content and connected data are used to run your workers — we do not sell your data, and we do not use your private business content to train public AI models.

Activity logs

Worker actions are logged to give you an audit trail. Logs belong to your account and are exportable on request.

Third parties

We use payment processors, hosting, and email infrastructure providers to deliver the service, each bound by their own security obligations. Integrations you connect (for example, your CRM or inbox) are governed by your agreements with those providers plus the permissions you grant in the onboarding wizard.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. Canceling a worker stops its activity immediately; account data is deleted on request, subject to legal retention requirements.
