Pricing

Fixed quotes. No open-ended billing.

Every engagement starts with a free assessment and moves forward only after you've seen a fixed quote. Here's how AI automation pricing works with us.

  • Supervised pilot on live work
  • Your team trained to review, approve, and steer
  • Go-live when the pilot meets the agreed metrics

Run & Optimize

Monthly

Ongoing

  • Daily output monitoring and tuning
  • Exception handling during business hours
  • Monthly performance review against the baseline
  • Autonomy expanded one task class at a time
  • The next process, when you're ready

What drives the quote

Your process sets the price.

The number of systems involved. How many exceptions the process has. Volume. Compliance or approval requirements. How much autonomy you want at go-live.

That's why there's no price per seat: your process isn't a seat.

FAQ

Pricing questions, answered

Is the assessment really free?
Yes: a 45-minute working session and a written Opportunity Snapshot, no obligation. If nothing in the process is worth automating, we'll say so.
Why don't you publish a price per worker?
Because your process isn't a seat. What it takes to automate an intake process depends on the systems, the volume, and the exceptions involved, so we scope first and quote once.
What does the Blueprint fee cover?
Shadowing the process, mapping every step and exception, the solution design, the integration plan, success metrics with a baseline, and a fixed build quote. The fee is credited to your build if you go ahead.
Are there usage costs?
Only where a channel carries its own cost, like phone minutes for voice work. They're itemized in your quote, never added later.
Can we start with one process?
That's the default. One process, proven on live work, then the next.
